The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade announces the Márton Áron scholarship competition as part of the Balassi Bálint scholarship program for participation in the BALASSI SUMMER UNIVERSITY to be held in the summer of 2026.
We were able to take part in a magical Advent weekend at Messiaskirken in Gentofte: on Saturday, there was an ecumenical Advent service in Hungarian led by Reformed pastors Endre Iszlai and Mariann Iszlai-Kovács, and on Sunday, there was a Christmas concert with the Messiaskirken mixed choir and members of the Gentofte International Singers, conducted by Krisztina Vas-Norbæk.
On November 6, 2025, on the occasion of Hungarian Operetta Day, Károly Peller and Szilvi Szendi, a pair of operetta singers known and popular both in Hungary and abroad, gave a sold-out concert in Copenhagen in front of an international audience. The artists of the Budapest Operetta Theater performed well-known classics from the world of operetta to the great satisfaction of the audience.
