We would like to draw the attention of our esteemed Clients to the fact that they can fill out and print their applications in advance on the Konzinfo Case Assistant online interface https://konzinfostart.mfa.gov.hu, thereby significantly shortening the administration time. You must hand in the printed data sheets to our office during your personal administration. The Konzinfo Case Assistant can be used for the following types of cases:

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

OTHER ISSUES

Restrooms are not available at our office. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Our office cannot deal with tax, social security or driver's license matters in the absence of legal authorization.

From March 20, 2017, you can only pay by debit or credit card in EURO at our office, from 1 October 2023.

Please, pay close attention to the validity of your identity card and passport! In normal cases book an appointment to request a new document 3 - 4 months before the expiration date, in special cases –  for a planned trip outside the EU – at least 6 - 7 months before the expiration date.

Due to replacement of expired identity cards and passports, our office is unable to provide an extraordinary appointment. Similarly, the issuance of a temporary passport is possible only in extraordinary situations.
