On the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the 1956 Revolution and Freedom Fight, our Embassy, together with the Danish-Hungarian Association in Copenhagen, organised a three-hour dance concert with the Hungarian folk music group Dűvő.
The event was held in a very good atmosphere and was attended by about 70 local Hungarians, mostly young people. After the concert, the participants were given the opportunity to learn the basic steps of Hungarian folk dancing under the guidance of János Katona and to try them out with members of the community.
We thank the Dűvő ensemble and the Danish-Hungarian Association for their active participation, as well as all the kind participants who made the evening brighter with their presence.
