Søren Peder Sørensen’s new book, 'Den dødsdømte diplomat', has been published

A gripping story about a man who, even amidst turbulent political upheavals, never gave up his belief in freedom and human dignity.

József Kristóffy, the Hungarian envoy to Denmark, secretly aided the Danish Resistance during the Second World War, whilst the Gestapo kept a close watch on his every move – he chose integrity over the Nazi dictatorship, putting his life at risk.

We congratulate Søren Peder Sørensen on the publication on 18 September of his book, entitled *The Diplomat Condemned to Death: József Kristóffy – Hungary’s Last Ambassador to Denmark*.

If you are interested in Hungarian-Danish history and the world of espionage behind the scenes, you must not miss this book!
